More than 40 years
After more than 11 years working and assuming the technical management of a leading national company in the project management and cost consulting sector, the head company decides to terminate its activity. That is when the founders of Rivero & Partners Management team up to create a new company, counting on the support and trust of the clients we had worked with throughout the more than 40 years of joint experience of thepartners.
We are a solvent and experienced team. We have been facing all kinds of professional challenges together for many years. Our coordination is a precise machinery, perfectly oiled and oriented to the same goal: that the projects we take on exceed the expectations of our clients, but never their deadline.
The methodology of the organization is based on three cornerstones: quality, cost and time, three essential variables for the success of the developments. This makes it necessary to set very clear objectives with the client when the project begins and attempt to ensure that during its execution the objectives are as precise as possible, with the aim of transferring these objectives to the rest of the intervening agents.

We have extensive experience in singular, industrial, residential and retail buildings in project management, cost estimates, cost control and scheduling, construction coordination, E.C.O.P., legal appraisals, technical audits, etc.
We are exceptionally committed professionals, noted for our ability to establish priorities and solve problems in an agile, solvent and efficient manner, concerned with what really adds value to each project in which we participate and without ignoring the concerns and needs of our clients.
We put into practice leadership skills, as we manage large projects and multidisciplinary work teams, achieving the involvement of all of them for the fulfillment of the client’s objectives, which makes us the key piece for the success of each project.
Our clients are mainly national and international companies developing real estate projects in the Iberian Peninsula.
Founders
Myriam Fernández Rivero
Myriam has extensive experience in singular buildings, project management, cost estimates, cost control and scheduling, construction coordination, E.C.O.P., legal appraisals and technical audits (TDD).
She is a born leader, which allows her to lead large-scale projects and multidisciplinary work teams, achieving the involvement of all of them in each project.
In addition, she is an exceptionally committed professional in everything she undertakes. She stands out for her ability to solve problems in an agile, solvent and efficient manner, focusing on what really adds value to each project in which she participates and without ignoring the concerns and needs of the clients.
Hernán Callejón Gutiérrez
During his professional career, Hernán has participated in projects of varied characteristics, developing skills in client communication, problem solving, cost strategy and local support for foreign clients in Spain.
He has experience in project management, cost estimates, cost control, scheduling and monitoring for financial institutions.
He is a disciplined and responsible professional, with leadership skills, passionate about finding the optimal solutions to the problems that arise during the development of the projects he faces, always taking into account the interests and perspectives of the clients.
Juan Luis Menéndez Lunar
Juan Luis has an extensive professional background with experience in industrial, logistics and retail buildings.
His extensive on-site solvency has allowed him to successfully complete the management, cost estimates and scheduling of all the projects he has undertaken. His retail experience has provided him with great negotiation skills, both with landlords and tenants.
He is a great connoisseur of materials and construction systems. His innate ability to prioritize and make decisions quickly and accurately, always in the interest of meeting deadlines, stands out. His leadership skills in construction to involve the entire team in meeting the client’s objectives, make him the key to the success of each project.
